Hi guys. I've been trying to build my first ever pc, and I was wondering if I could get some help with the components.

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00QPYENUI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_8?smid=A142BGUZC6UH73&psc=1

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01LXC1QL0/ref=ox_sc_act_title_9?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B071RM5NQD/ref=ox_sc_act_title_10?smid=AHWBCKVCY3PXA&psc=1

This are the parts I currently have (the other links are for those I didn't find in the first page). I am looking for 1080p gaming, fps and rpg on very high settings. I would appreciate any help, and if you need any help, please ask.

I fully recommend not getting AM3 chips. Get a Ryzen chip on the AM4 platform. Better performance, temperatures and is going to last longer in terms of upgrading.

CPU: Intel Core i7 8700

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070

MOBO: ASUS Z370-F STRIX

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2133MHz

Any reason why is that, and any you would recommend?

Also, I've been told that my motherboard does not support sata iii for my drives. Any thoughts on that?

Speaking from experience, the 8350's Single core performance falls short leaving you with stuttering when pushing frame rates past 100 in some titles like R6: Siege. I'd definitely look for a newer CPU with better single core performance than the 8350 as a baseline.

Any recommendations? I don't really have experience picking out parts. What I have so far was with someone else's help.

Wow... Thanks a lot!

One question. Would a fan not be necessary? (or is it included someplace else) I was also wondering what would be your opinion comparing this with:

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/kz7CmG/evga-power-supply-210gq0650 (Would the different rating and output cause a noticeable difference noise, etc.?)

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/PmyFf7/acer-monitor-umfg6aab01

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/xgrcCJ/razer-deathadder-elite-wired-optical-mouse-rz01-02010100-r3u1 (These two are just the options I had. Any thoughts on those, or would the one you recommended be better?)
