Help needed with vc runtime

Hey, So problem with vcruntime as the title implies. One day out of the blue with no prior installations vcruntime stops working. Alright so i try to redownload it and install it, that did litterally nothing, and it came up with vcruntime140.dll missing so I manually get that and toss it in my SysWOW64. Nothing. THAT FINE, So i then proceed to delete everything corrolating to vcruntime in SysWOW64 and system 32 along with manually uninstalling each ittertation with the uninstall tools. I reinstall it once again. Boom files are back. Boom now i have this error with anything like skype and pcsx2.exe Which defines that it cant start correctly because of (0xc000007b) and i cant figure out how to fix this, help would be amazing!
