I'm looking for a laptop to do some light gaming and also alittle coding . i am from the uk and my buget is £800 max since i already have a gaming pc am just looking to play minecraft and games like that on it .

since the msi has a I7-7500HQ where as the dell aroubd my price range has a i7-7500HQ

True but it will suffer from thermal throttling, can't sustain boost frequency and provide a lower performance.

 

I would rather not buy a gaming laptop that runs loud, hot (which makes performance worse), has a mediocre build quality, mediocre display and almost no battery life. It just feel sucks.

it will only run hot if used at max peroformance where as am justing lokking to light game
