Only way really is to using a benchmarking software like FRAPS and run a few benchmarks yourself. The issue with benchmarking a game like PUBG is that it's hard to get an easily repeatable test. Some runs may be more demanding on the system. If loads of people go to the same spot as you for example, that's going to take more out of the system than being in an empty field.
