Nvidia onboard graphics card issue

I'v been stuck with Nvidia Geforce GT 750M error code 43 for the past month. I have a used HP envy i5 2.5ghz laptop with on board nvidia graphics. 

For the past month i've tried to solve the error. I've done the following more than once.

  • wiped my harddisk and installed both windows 10 and 8.1.
  • installed both updated and outdated drivers.
  • used a driver uninstaller
  • disabled and enabled the device

I have done all this and nothing helped. Please can someone help, before i decide to sell this laptop.
