Hey guys, I will buy a new pc on black friday. All my parts are chosen except for cpu... I don't know if I want to go with a ryzen or coffee lake.  My goal is to play games for the most part but in the future do video editing and streaming. thanks for your help.

meh just wait and see the deals, meanwhile inform yourself on the available products and try to pinpoint your needs (monitor, performance level, budget) and all that stuff. you should do fine by yourself if you inform yourself well.
