Safe IGPU Temps?

Hi,

I am on an i7-7700k without a graphics card, I am using a Cryorig H7 as my cpu cooler.

So I want to play a bit with my GT freqency but I don't know what are safe tempatures for the

igpu. Are are igpu temps safe under 80C-ish like the proccessor itself? Or does the igpu

have its own max safe temp?
