Keeps buffering while streaming movies

I’m watching a movie/ tv show and every 30 seconds-1 minute it stops to buffer what should I do

Computer? Laptop or desktop? Are your internet adapter drivers up to date?

 

TV/bluray player/consol: try connecting it via ethernet cable

How far approx. from your router? Any walls between the router and the stick?

No about 2-3 feet above the router

Try doing a speed test off your phone or laptop or whatever with the same general distance from your router
