OLED65C7V + SJ9 or OLED65E7V?

Hey guys,
 
what do you reckon would be the better choice?
 
A C7 with a SJ9 soundbar or simply an E7 with it's built in sounbar.
 
As far as i know the only other difference between the 2 monitors is the design and picture-on-glass techonolgy which i dont know too much about.
 
I'd really appreciate if you could help me decide.
