PC not booting

So I was re tightening my fans cause they were making g a vibrating noise and I had to keep restarting my PC and it is just infinitely booting. The post codes just keep going it doesn't shut off or anything

Hi

 

Look in you motherboard manual, on how to clear the CMOS  this will reset the bios to default setting, You can also do it from the BIOS itself.

 

This may or may not work. Just a suggestion

I've already tried this and resetting GPU and RAM.

Try installing only one ram at a time and see if you have a defective stick

The computer won't boot how would I boot in safe mode?

It doesnt turn on at all it just keeps cycling through regular boot post codes.

I've tried taking my m.2 out and I've tried taking my hdd out.

I just don't understand what could have happened just because I kept turning the PC on and off to check if the fans were making noise.

No, but still I've never had this issue.

I think it may be the Mobo because the actual RGB lights flash when I turn it on but then immediately turn off

One possibility, The bios was damage. 

 

At this point you have nothing to lose. You can try flashing the bios

 

Not sure it can be done without having access to the Bios options

YES I FORGOT MY MOBO HAS DUAL BIOS, SWITCHED IT TO BACK UO AND IT WORKS!!!
