I recently just built myself a Ryzen rig, and I have been holding on to this old PC I built a few years back. I've decided to sell it, but I'd like to get public opinion on what I should sell it for because used rigs on Kijiji in the area where I live are incredibly overpriced, and I'm not trying to fck over my fellow citizens just because the used market situation. Parts list is as follows; https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/7XnGKZ
Also, my local currency is $CAD, but I'd like to see what everyone would pay in their local currency, just for fun :). Just felt it necessary to mention that the case has reasonable visible damage, one of the blue accent pieces is missing, and theres some very faint scuffs on the side panel with the fans. There are four fans I installed, one in the front, two on the side panel, and one in the rear, (2x Cooler Master Masterfan 120 AB, 1x be quiet! Pure Wings 2, 1x random Corsair case fan, also I have a pwm splitter for the Cooler Master Fan's). Also you'll notice three things, 1. The Graphics card is missing 2. There's no CPU cooler 3. One of the bay covers is missing. Reason being, I'm using the 270x in my current rig until my new card comes in the mail, I'm also waiting for the Cooler to ship and I ordered an new bay cover because the old one wouldn't stay in place. Thanks everyone! <3

AMDs FX series is (for some reason) still going for really good used value. I don't know why people are buying these chips when Ryzen 3 will outperform them, but whatever it's more money for OPs pocket.

Also keep in mind there's an R9 270X in there and some idiot may try to mine with it. Also we're working with CAD not USD. That's how I at least came to my price.

His question was what would I pay, not what could I get :P If it was what could I get, I'd simply say what I always say.

I did just skim over it, I just stopped when I saw that it had no video card and no cooler. I see now that they're on their way, but it doesn't add much to my initial amount. I'd pay maybe $275. For comparison, I got a 4590, H97 motherboard, H212 cooler, 8GB of RAM, and a case for $140.

There's a few FX chips on Kijiji here for $60. The mobo isn't worth much. Case holds no value at all since it's damaged.

He can likely get more from someone uneducated on hardware.

Well, Id personally wouldnt pay much for it as I have no use for the pc other than reselling, but I think you can get more than 200-300 CAD for that.

Id insert it for 600 at your local craigslist alternative and go a bit down from there. Rigs like that sell for around 500 CAD on ebay. Some people are too lazy to build their own pcs and this can to 1080p gaming just fine.
