Ryzen RAM recommendations

I will be swapping out my current RAM since only one stick is stable..

Please recommend a RAM that will be stable on ryzen..

I need a RGB RAM probably Trident Z, but which one should I get?

2*8gb atleast 3000mhz, a lot of people is telling me about the Samsung B-die but I can't tell which one is which on newegg.

A newegg or amazon link will help.

Flare-X is B-Die, Trident Z 3200MHz/C14 is  B-Die.

Some TeamGroup memory is B-Die too.

Thanks!I found that b-dies are any RAM running at 3200mhz at cl14..
