QuickQuestion about gpu temps

So i have this GTX 980, with a ghetto aio mounted on it. When idle the temps are 37-42C, mostly at 42c.

And while gaming around 60-66C.

Are these temps fine ? 

i9-9900k 5.0ghz, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock phantom itx z390 Mobo, RTX 3060ti, 1TB+1TB Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Noctua NH-U12S

Yes, they are fine. Make sure you have some sort of cooling for the VRM. A fan pointing at then is enough

I have ghetto mounted a fan on the vrams, also, the temps are 67C while playing overwatch.
