RAM Causing game Crashes and Graphic Errors?

So i had some issues and narrowed it down to the ram, i have 2 Sticks of Corsair LPX 3000mhz Ram and when putting them both in it creates a ton of issues from PUBG, GTA, Rust, and other games to crash after start as well have graphic errors such as flashing black screens/windows.

BUT

When i take out the second stick these issues are no longer present...

Not really sure what could cause this or how to fix it

(I don't think its the Sticks because if i swap them in any way the results are the same)

SPECS.

Corsair LPX 3000mhz Ram

H100i V2

650w EVGA

Ryzen 7 1800x

1070 SC EVGA

HDD for OS (Windows 10 64bit)

System:  Ryzen 7 1800x, GTX 1070 8GB, MSI x370 SLI PLUS, CORSAIR LPX 4x 4GB 3000mhz, MASTERBOX 5, EVGA 650W G2, WD 250GB M.2

Hi Forgiving,

RAM issues can be diagnosed with MemTest86. Give it a try.

I already did a Mem Diagnosis would this essentially do the same thing?

Hello Forgiving.

MemTest86 is a stress testing tool to check memory modules for stability. You'll have to download it from it's website, then make a bootable USB drive from the ISO file you downloaded.

Once that's done, you can boot from the USB drive, and let it run an array of automated tests. But, before you get to that, there are some things I'd like you to try.

Firstly, swap out the memory sticks. Meaning, have the PC run with just one stick of memory, but swap them just to be sure that neither of them is faulty. If one of the stick produces erratic behavior, then you can nail it down to that stick to be the culprit.

However, if both of the sticks work okay on their own, but the issues only start when you run them as a pair, then it may come down to an issue with the motherboard as Dual Channel Memory comes into play. (If you've installed the rams in the proper channels/slots, etc.) you might want to try updating your motherboard's BIOS.

I hope this helps.
