1070 Driver Issue?

So i have a R7 1800x, GTX 1070, x370 SLI Plus MSI MB, 2x 4gb Corsair 3000mh Ram, 650w EVGA power supply, H100i Cooler. 

 

I am having issues that i can i only thing are the drivers for the graphics card or some other graphics issue.

 

No game will load fully, Most crash.

Windows will give me a BSOD with errors

- Video_Schdeuler_internal_Error

 

At some points the screen would flash as or windows would flash black but not the whole screen.

 

I am really at a loss for what to do.

 

- I updated my BIOS

- Updated Drivers

- I dont have any overclock enabled

 

Really dont even know.

 

Just built this 3 days ago.

 

System:  Ryzen 7 1800x, GTX 1070 8GB, MSI x370 SLI PLUS, CORSAIR LPX 4x 4GB 3000mhz, MASTERBOX 5, EVGA 650W G2, WD 250GB M.2
