HyperX Cloud speaker problems

Hi there, I have some problems with my HyperX Cloud (Not ll but the original). When I plug it in my computer it is playing so quietly that I can only hear the bass very quietly to music, but when I plug it in my phone to listen to music on spotify, it works just fine.

Hope someone can help, this is really fucking annoying <3

If it still doesnt work u might want to check if someone has set a custom EQ through windows audio settings.

Right now I am using the ones in the front, and there are six in the back so I never really knew which to use. The ones in the front used to work fine. How do I check the EQ thing?

Which to use on the back? Well, light green goes into light green, pink goes into pink, that's the whole philosophy.

 

The front panel audio connection you have might have something wrong with it or the integrated amplifier might not be strong enough. 

Since Cloud is a 60 Ohms impedance headset it's recommended to use it with something that has a decent amp so if plugging the headset on the back does not help you need a better soundcard or a dac/amp.

It used to work fine, can I have somehow broken it?

Did the audio setting get messed up somehow, and that it's outputting 5.1/7.1 instead of stereo? Did you check the audio control panel?
