Not all BIOS passwords can be cleared with a CMOS reset although most that can't are usually specialised.

How long did you leave the battery out for?

Ok, so it appears your CMOS is capable of saving it's password without battery backup.

Sorry.

after u unplug u need to hold the powerbutton for around 15-30secs ( u usually hear a click from the psu ) to drain in the remaining power, the remaining power inside is enough to power the bios chip for probably a whole day :P

Well I restarted my computer, starting getting mem management BSODso I removed the battery, dims, and held the power button. I'm gonna let it sit for the night ( unless that's a bad idea ) and see how it goes in the morning

Not at all, that's a complete myth. Assuming the PSU is unplugged (as it should be) there will be no power running around the board and removing the battery is all that is required (in my life I must have reset thousands of BIOSes and not once have I ever held down the power button), besides that OP also used the reset jumper and it still didn't clear the password.

Modern ACPI PSUs do not send any power to the board until a power on signal is received.

If 20 minutes and using the jumper wasn't enough to clear it then holding down the power button will do nothing.
