audio issues laptop

My father has a laptop running windows 7. The speakers would quit working. reboot then they would work again for 30 sec then quit.

I uninstalled drivers via device manager, they get installed again and same thing 30 sec then nothing.

any idea what to do next?

 

headphone jack works all the time
