Need for Speed: Payback Issues

I have the 10 hour trial of the new Need for Speed, and I am getting a lot of dropped frames, freezing and low FPS at some points during the game. I have updated my drivers to the latest, and I have seen that I meet the recommended spec fo 1080p60 on their site.

 

I was wondering if anyone else if having issues, or if they could help me please
