WINDOWS 10 START MENU ISSUES

So, about an hour ago, i used write %temp% on the console, now some of my shotcuts on the start menu have disappeared like, run, jdownloader 2, but it's just the shortcuts, when i attach run again, it looses the icon and doesn't open (I'll atach images), what can i do?

Super generic question: Did you try turning off and on again?

 

What's going on with your system resources? Disk activity? CPU utilization? RAM usage? Any unusual activity? Maybe the command is executing in a loop and it's making windows malfunction.
