Then you'll probs want to upgrade the RAM to at least 8GB for gaming, and the CPU/iGPU should be fine for older games (2008 or so and older, I'd think, maybe some new, well optimized titles at low settings/res). Also, older tough books are usually super tough and reliable. Seems like a good price too.

I'm thinking about getting a Thinkpad T430 for school, youtube and netflix. I can get it for £165, is that a good price for it? Is the processor good? I won't be playing games except for original doom and Duck Game.

What is the CPU it has? They often make a ton of models of the same laptop...

I did forget to mention that I was going to upgrade ram. Thank you for your help!
