Yeah, bump up your CPU voltage. But not past 1.35v, otherwise The CPUs longevity is reduced (so i've heard).

Is that all I need to do? Or can you give mea simple step by step here

After doing some overlocks my cpu and motherboard can't even go 1.25v at 40. Is my cpu and motherboard not in great shape rn?
