1. Take out all sticks of RAM and unplug your Hard Drive.

2. Plug a single stick into the first slot

3. Boot your machine. Take note of the results.

4. Turn off machine.

5. Move the RAM stick to the next DIMM slot.

6. Boot your machine. Take note of the results.

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all DIMM slots have been tested.

8. If necessary, repeat steps 2-7 with other sticks of RAM.

Take extensive notes as to which stick of RAM you tested in which slots.

Post here your results.

Gaming Desktop: ASRock Phantom Gaming X, R9-3900x, 64GB RAM, 1.5TB SSD

NAS Box: Gigabyte Z97, i5-4690, 32GB RAM, 22TB, 1TB SSD Cache.

Okay I ended up fixing it (I just had to tighten the CPU cooler, I guess it wasn't making all the connections it needed)

but now I have the issue of the computer not having headphones work. It doesn't seem to be picking up the 3.5mm jacks on the front of the case

Double check the HD audio port on your motherboard.
