Upgrading my PC - Need some help

PC

 

Proccessor: Intel Pentium G3258

Memory: 8 GB RAM (DDR3)

Motherboard: Gigabyte H81M-D3H

GPU: ATI Radeon RX 460 (Sapphire) 2GB

Storage 1TB Seagate

Monitor: LCD_TV x_x

 

Goal:

Right now I'm streaming League of Legends 30 FPS/720p, looks meh.

Looking to upgrade that to 60FPS/1080p or 720p and run Runescape client on the background

Also would like to just play games like GTA V, Assasian's Creed Origins etc.

 

Question 1: What proccessor should i buy? (Price: 0-250€)

I5-8400 - Looked really good, don't know much about processors tho.

 

Question 2: If I want to buy I5-8400 do I need a new motherboard? If so, what motherboard?

 

Question 3: What monitor should i buy?

Played on a TV for a while and the input lag is killing me, what monitor should I buy?

Would like ISP panel, 60Hz is fine, 24"-27" good ms and in a price range of 100-200€

LG 22" LCD 22EA53VQ-P - good?

 

Question 4: Anything else you recommend for upgrading my PC?

Q1:

Ryzen 3 1300x or 1200x or if u want 6 cores ryzen 1600 (12 threads)

i liek i5 too but its availability is pretty low

 

Q2: ye u need new motherboard:  i recommend b350 mobo

 

Q3: ill give a link shortly

 

Q4: Maybe 16 gb ram since black friday coming ?? idk ur choice lol

get an i7 4790 off Ebay used and maybe drop in another 8 gigs of RAM. If you want to even begin to run Origins youre going to need an entire system upgrade, but for everything else should be ok

if your looking to upgrade your pc to something good for gta v and assassins creed origins yoru probably gonna want a gtx 1050 ti on the low end with a 1060 6gb on the high end. I think the 8400 is a great processor for your use case but i think you have to upgrade to z370 but I'm not sure.

Isn't AMD processors "bad" for streaming?

if you get the new CPU you need new ram and MOBO I'd try getting a TN 1080p 100-144hz monitor if your serious about gaming, but that monitor will work fine But get a new gpu after wards because your I5 will be bottle necked
