Planning an upgrade

So I am planning a new build I have a i7 2600 non k version dh67bl motherboard and a club 3D Royalking 7950 and 16gb of ram . I am wondering If I should upgrade to a i5 8400 which would force me to get a new mobo, ram,cpu and a actually buy a windows key as the one I have on is an oem, or Buy a gtx 1060/70 first . What I am wanting to do is stream/record/edit along with some 3d modeling in Blender.

edit: forgot to add will be pretty much just saving whatever little I can so the cpu upgrade path would take alot longer due to costs

i'd upgrade gpu first and later upgrade everything if you think or you have enough money for it
