Hey guys, rebuilding my pc and noticed the HD AUDIO has a pin missing. Is this normal? If it's not can i shove it back in? Should i not plug it in at all?

Any help appriciated.

It doesn't really stay in.. it would be kind of janky to get in I'd have to electrical tape it

You can shove it back in, maybe add some electrical tape to the far part of the cable/metal part to stop it from sliding out again.

As others said just put it back in and hold it in place while you are connecting it to the motherboard.

Once it's connected you don't have to worry about it falling out or anything like that. :) 

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.
