BSOD error 0xc0000225 inaccessable boot device

I uninstalled some windows update, because after installing it recently things were acting weird, it wanted me to restart, that sort of didn't work and now

I'm getting a blue screen with the error 0xc0000225 inaccessable boot device everytime I try to boot into windows

 

I'm running Windows 10 64bit
