So I take it that you feel my GPU is sufficient?

I also have a question about GPU's like 1050, 1070, 1080 "Ti"  why are they better?  Are they better?  is the difference just that you can specifically overclock it?

Yeah, your GPU is fine.

The difference between the normal version and the "Ti" version is generally more GPU cores, more video memory, and better performance. The 1060 6Gb variant is more of a 1060Ti, since it has more cores and vram than a 1060 3Gb.

I hope that answers your question, I was actually going to put a 1050Ti on the part list before remembering you had one listed haha

So when I said frugal I might have misspoke...
Building a PC seems expensive now and buying one seems to be an easy way to spend less and get a lot of what I am looking for.

From there I can then upgrade a few components as needed.

This is my Guess as to get a good PC.

I am thinking:
i5 or i7(7th or 8th gen maybe 6th)  or i3?  I am looking into it not sure what the real difference is between them besides power useage and maybe robustness

16GB minimum RAM also like the idea of ECC? I think it make s it better correct>  idk know if it worth it or even a valuable option
SSD PCI or M.2 or regular sata  why which one  cost/performance

MBD how to chose it-it seems I should want to know what I want to put on it before having it....but again if I can buy a tower built already for a good price and then just add a couple components

I am trying to keep  under $700.  I have ideas but I ma not a tech guy.  So yeah that's my desired short list kind of thing.

SO i can Map together a PC of a quality I think I want need. lol

I guess I need to see if it is a good idea to find a tower that has the mother board and CPU for a decent price...yeah I am just rambling.
