Which One For New PC

I'm looking into replacing my old rig which runs off a 4th Generation i7 6-core. These are the options I looked at. I want to be able to play vr and normal games, video rendering and editing, and multitasking

 

AMD Thread Ripper 1950X

Intel Core i9 7900X

Intel Core i7 7820X
