Hi i got my rom plugged on the motherbard for 16gig but the perfomance only shows 8gb at a time but if you see on the top roght corner it shows 16gb which one is the right one ? Im confused if my ram is working or not.

the only thig I could think of is that one of your ram sticks is either bad or wasn't inserted properly.

I am sorry what do you mean by hardware reserved ? So i do not need to open my pc and check for the ram slot anymore ?

Hardware reseved just means it is being use somewhere else like maybe the igpu check the video provieded
