I recieved my G900 today and I was tinkering around with the Logitech Game Software and then my right click stopped working... Then the mouse stopped working. I'm wondering what's happening. The receiver is connected and is recognized by windows, the micro USB cable works (I just charged my phone with it to test), none of the LEDs on the mouse work but I disabled those before this happened, I can see a red glow inside of the mouse when I look from under it, it's just not working. I plugged it into my little brother's rig and it wasn't working either. I just factory reset my PC because I don't want to be about 100 dollars, it still isn't working. I really don't know how to solve the issue.

Have you resolved this issue yet? If not, did you try contacting Logitech Support and filing a ticket?

This is your first Logitech G series mouse? Or did you upgrade from another one? I've red some VERY funky behaviors of not working Logitech mice, and in all cases, it's been this particular one acting up after it was installed as the a second mouse of the G series. Really weird stuff, like the buttons not responding, depending on what functions have been mapped to them. Running wired or entirely without the LGS software in the background seems to "fix" some of these issues, too.

Overall, it's a shady AF image Logitech manages to build there, for these cool, but absurdly expensive products. Someone even stated their ticket's been ignored for half a month and then closed. I really love the look of these mice, the G900 and the induction successor I mean, but... IDK, man...
