Access Control Startup Problems

I recently upgraded Win10 to the newest update for the fall whatever the hell. Now every time I start up I get a a dozen access control pop ups for all my ASUS software that I have to approve. is there anyway to get this back to normal without disabling the feature?

It's nearly all bloatware and isn't needed. Delete all the ASUS crapware.

I have fan control and GPU Tweak. Planning on keeping those two.

Yes, keep those, get rid of the others and see if that helps. Mainly though too, turn off UAC notifications. They're absolutely useless in Win 10 and are just an annoyance 99.9% of the time.
