Every single usb device on my system will lose power and stop responding and will not recover until i restart the system, there seems to be no real pattern to how long it takes but usually no longer then 20 minutes.

Ok, ive tried almost everything, ive replaced hardware even the last thing i have is my cpu and i cant afford to get a new cpu right now im looking for any outside the box solution i havnt tried yet, ive tried everything i can think of and have made various post around different forums including this one and tried everything on those forums.

My mb is a gigabyte ga-x99-ud3
My peripherials
Mouse: logitech g502 Proteus core (not spectrum no rgb just blue)
Keyboard: Razer blackwidow chroma v2 with green switchs (atm default slow color change rgb)
Headset: Hyperx cloud 2 using the inbox usb converter

If my replies sound kind of short and such im just really annoyed right now dont meant to sound rude or anything but this has been going on for close to 4 months

yes

It could be one of the devices themselves that are faulty maybe? Have you tried testing the PC for 30mins without the keyboard installed then put it back in, then try the headset etc.
