Gtx 1060 problem

i just installed my new gtx 1060 and when i start my pc it will sit at the hp startup screen for multiple minutes and then it will beep every 30 seconds and slowly my pc will go from a blackscreen to the startup screen over and over until after 5-7 minutes it actually signs in. after i am in i am stuck in the top left of my screen and if i go to install the driver, i will get a message saying there is no compatible hardware. please help.                                                                          foxconn 2abf motherboard, intel core i5 2300 2.8ghz, 8gb ram

can you boot into safemode? what os are you running?

have you tried using ddu to remove the drivers?
