Have you been getting beep-codes? (You'd need to hook up a speaker)

What CPU are you using?

Was the computer working beforehand, or is this a new computer?

Is the CPU Power (6pin connector?) plugged in?

Ans lastly, do you have a fan hooked up to CPU's fan header? That could cause it to not boot to save the CPU 'cause it doesn't detect a cooler.
