Razer Power Bank

Does anyone else here have experience with the Razer Power Bank? I recently got one as a gift to go with my Late 16 Blade Stealth but mine appears to be dead out of the box. I tried charging it with my 45W USB-C Blade Stealth Adapter as recommended by Razer for fast-charging but no luck. I press the power button when it's plugged in and it gives me 4 LEDs - the moment I unplug and press the button it's blank, no LEDs. I tried contact Razer about this already but the only response I got was to try again.

 

I tried looking for information online but the only thing I could find was reviews and news about the product.
