Wicther 3 game + mode initiation failed.

I finished the game according to this sequence: main game --- blood and wine --- heart of stone. 

Now after everything there is no prompt that said "you've unlocked new game + mode".

When I choose it in the menu, it always tell me "game not completed in this scene".

 

Any fix that you guys know of? 

Also I did installed the new game+ DLC. So..

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.
