So i'm thinking of making a build for my friend who does a lot of projects in film class. I posted a build like this about 2 weeks ago but this is a very updated version of the build for $700 dollars. I'm gonna answer this one question now, yes I need the optical drive. But aside from that it's open for discussion.

For this build I would because of the price per core. And is able to fit in a GTX 1060. and motherboards are cheaper for AM4. But I would go with the i5 for this if we had the budget. ( Im not a AMD Fanboy )

Yeah Its nice. Plus I have a Higher end Ryzen 5 CPU And It crushes render times. And I built my Brother a ryzen 5 1400 System. And its 1:2 Minutes with rendering 1080P 60FPS
