HDD sleep option

Is it healthy to put my hard drive to turn off after XX minutes in power options? I have 1 SSD, 2 HDD, Windows is on my SSD and one HDD I use for games and some large programs (accessed 8-10 times a day) and other HDD I use for storage (accessed 3-4 times a day).

It is safe but i'd recommend setting it so they only spin down after at least like 20-30 minutes because you don't want to constantly spin them up and down.
