I am having an issue with game ready driver 388.13 causing YouTube and other streaming video playback in full screen to be very choppy in Internet Explorer when Vsync is set to off . All Java,Silverlight and Flash player have the latest available updates as of 02-11-17. Game mode is set to off as is Game DVR in the xbox app. Setting and applying vsync to on in control panel fixes the playback problem .. Not a huge issue as watching full screen streaming video in firefox or chrome is not affected but I cannot find a fix for this problem, has anyone else come across a similar problem ? should I roll back my Nvidia drivers or just wait and see if the next release fixes the fault ?

Have you made sure to restart the applications after you turned V-Sync OFF in NVIDIA Control Panel? Otherwise, the V-Sync will stay ON.

Yes, have quit youtube and IE, changed Vsync to off applied settings then reopened IE and youtube and tried to watch a vid in full screen with no joy, quit youtube, exited IE, reset vsync to on in NVidia control panel applied setting and tried again, Video played fine. Have also added a reboot after applying NVidia control panel settings and going straight into IE and YouTube.. Just tried it with Netflix via the windows app and through IE, in the app the videos play fine but through IE browser the problem remains.

Lots of issues with 388.13. I had a lot of stuttering in game, had to roll back.
