Do you need this PC soon? Or do you think you could go for the i7-8700k? It has 6 physical cores, and 12 threads. Versus the 7700k that has 4 cores 8 threads.

You should really get an i7 8700k or i5 8600k (the i5 has better performance as the i7 7700k while being a lot cheaper).

The problem is that the Covefefe lake CPUs either aren't available or sold out.
