MY CARD NEEDS HELP!

Soo,

I kinda did a flash to unlock my Rx460 now it won't post.

I tried separate gpu technique but it won't post when both cards are plugged in and the display cable is in the spare gpu. I do have a bootable usb with bios and all. I can't even launch it on integrated graphics because is Dell. Plz can any one suggest something. My psu is 550 watt gaming.

I have an nividia gt 640 as spare gpu

did you backup the bios?

if so:

plug in the 640 alongside the rx 460 and flash bacl to the original bios

I did but when I plug rx 460 it dosent display

My spare gpu is connected first but when ever I plug in my card next to it it dosent display
