if you don't know i wouldn't touch it. it won't change much performance for you if any and there are too many numbers you will have to change to make it work at all

Overclocking basic ram kits like yours is really difficult due to all the things that need to be fiddled with: CAS latencies, all the gazillion other timings, voltages and clock rates. Don't bother - but if you REALLY want, I believe I found a DDR4 overclocking guide on the Asus ROG forums (sorry no link), so go search around there.
