So I was doing a bit of research on low profile cards and big surprise, they're smaller cards. But it also said that it takes less power. I'm planning on buying a GTX 1050 Ti and a lot of them are low profile. If I were to pick a low profile version, would it perform worse than its non low profile varient? Would it have less overclocking capability? What are the differences on the low profile and non low profile GTX 1050 Ti cards?

So. It would perform the same. But Overclocking might be out of the question. As it has less fan area and would be louder.

Agreed.  Generally the same for stock settings, probably not overclockable.  But lets be honest, if you're looking to overclock your GPU you shouldn't be buying a 1050Ti to begin with.
