Hey! Planning on gaming heavily max settings etc and streaming it. Need something that can play anything on max settings and stream it without stuttering, etc. Any advice? Easy upgrades to my current parts?

The fans and control are something I'm not sure on and how they would work, any tips with them would be appreciated. Thank you all!

No need for a 5-pack of fans, networking card, DVD drive, or a sound card.

2x16GB of RAM is way overpriced

1000 watt PSU is extremely overkill.

A smaller boot and large storage drive for games is perfectly fine for games.

Fan controller is only needed if you want to individually control fans that cannot be controlled through the motherboard.

I would suggest something more along the lines of this:

Since the motherboard includes WiFi, there is no need for an add-on card.

The motherboard supports Asus Aura Sync. You should consider going with Aura Sync compatible components so that everything can be controlled through the motherboard. To that end here is a modified version of your build with appropriate RGB components. I have included the five fans, but I don't think they are really necessary.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
