I have this pre-built shit pc which I wanna upgrade, but I only have 350W in my PSU, so I wanna upgrade that, it happens that I somehow can't remove the PSU without risks, so I thought, why not take a new case and a new PSU.

The rest I'm upgrading is just a GPU and probably some more RAM, but I'm not sure if Windows would get deleted and if it would get any trouble cause of new parts...

So you want to take your existing parts and put them in a new case?

make sure you remove any graphics drivers with ddu, but since you'll be using the same mobo no reason for windows to have an issue, just make sure you transfer over the hard drive as well

correct me if im wrong, but it wounds like you are keeping the mobo and the drives. long as you have the original motherboard and the drives you will still have valid  windows and all your data.

main system build --> i7-7700K (at 5.0 ghz), MSI Z270 SLI Motherboard, corsair vengeance lpx 8gb ddr4 2666mhz,  costume liquid cooling loop with 360 mm radiator on CPU, GTX 1080 gigabyte windforce OC, 1TB WD drive, 128 gb samsung nvme m.2, EVGA 850 watt semi modular power supply, CM storm stryker case (ya not ideal for costume loop), VIOTEK GN34C 34 inch curved monitor <----

Having spent quite a few years dealing with situations such as this, let me say a thing or two.  Prebuilt computers are just that, prebuilt.  They are made to a certain specification and that is all.  Any changes made to the system are at the users risk.  Ninety-nine times out of a hundred the PSU is made to fit in a hole inside the case and that is it.  The hole for the PSU is not a one size fits all sort of thing so to upgrade your PSU, undoubtedly you will have to upgrade your case as well.  A new PSU most likely will not fit in the old case and the old PSU most likely will not fit in a new case.  That's just the way it is.  So much for the PSU.

Now for the motherboard.  The same situation applies to the motherboard that was the situation with the PSU.  The mounting screws/holes will not align so that doesn't work either.  Sorry.

As for the other parts, it is sort of hit or miss situation.  You only know after you try.  As for the GPU, ram, and hard drive.  Those should be okay provided that you don't try to install DDR 3 into a DDR 4 mobo or something like that.

And for Windows, I would completely toast the drive and do a clean, fresh install of Windows using the Windows Media Creation Tool.

Good Luck.

This is only kind of correct. This is only true if they use costume form factor. A ton of pre builts use conventional form factors.

well there are several form factors for psus, most prebuilt systems I've looked at use one of them, though some do make their own custom setup but it costs them a bit of money to create that power supply, they can get cheap alternative form factor psus though buying bulk, regular people like me would be paying a premium and that's usually the barrier I see to fixing prebuilt systems...

Like I said, ninety nine out of a hundred.  That still leaves the one percent open for discussion.

We need more infos/pictures.

At least a picture of the Board and the PSU, including a crisp one of the label.

Because many prebuilt PCs don't have ATX compatible PSU...

All I'm replacing is the PSU, and the GPU I have rn is a Intel HDD 4400 and that's a GPU that is built into the MOBO I believe, so I won't be replacing it, cause I can't get it out, but I can put a other GPU in.
