SD Card not working

Just got an RPI and I was attempting to flash Retropie to my micro SD card after formatting it. I think it disconnected midflash and I made the mistake of re-formatting it, since then I've noticed the last event was "DEVICE NOT MIGRATED" how do I fix this? Thank you!
