Old Dell graphics issues

I got an old Dell from my sisters apartment, from what I have gathered this is the PC (I looked up the model number to find this) http://goo.gl/3Gnjdy

The computer would not let me use my K+M at the login screen, it wasnt the keyboard because I could use it in the bios, so I decided to reinstall windows, I did this and now the color is all messed up and I cant change the res from 640x480. I have tried to install drivers for that integrated graphics but it says 1 or more files is missing. So am I trying to install the wrong driver? Or am I doing it wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
