Inaccessible boot drive

So I shut my PC down last night no problems. But when I tried to start it I got the message like:

error: no such partition.

Entering rescue mode...

grub rescue>

Now I've gotten this message before and then I could fix it by booting into BIOS and changing boot drive.

But this time when I change boot drive it shows the windows logo and then it blue screens saying "inaccessible boot drive".

Booting into safe mode doesn't work neither automatic repair or chkdsk.

I'm running Windows 10.

If the BIOS is randomly changing the boot drive or other things, then maybe the problem is not with the drive or windows but maybe the mobo.  Is the battery possibly going belly up on the mobo because if it is, that would cause your mobo BIOS to lose settings.

Don't think it's the mobo since it only changes drives and not other things like overclock and time.
