So I'm looking to make my second ever build (previous was highly budgeted) and I'm looking for advice on getting the hardware, kinda:

I just got my first job so im going to blow it on finally joining the PCMR however I'm not getting all the money needed all at once, I'm looking to take advantage of whatever black friday sales there is next month so i wanted to ask if you think its alright to get like half the hardware and leave it siting for a month orso untill i complete the build, probably making me unable to actually test it and loose the 15day tradeback policy making me have to go through the RMA hassle incase anything is broken.

The best scenario i can see right now is getting a good sale on a 100+hz 2560*1440 monitor and just delay the rest of the build but im not really up to date on feature pricing like gsync (i hear its overpriced) and stuff so what would you guys think is a good deal?

Also how volatile do you think the 1070TI prices will be? would being able to grab one for about 500euros (with tax) be a fleeting possibility?

for reference im looking at a 8700k corsair 2x8gb 2666 asus strix z370-e 960evo 250gb+psu and case with a 1070ti for 1600-1700 euros

I'd use it for MOBAs, WoW (cpu intensive), AAAs and maybe some data crunching since im planing on getting into biochemistry
